We will endeavor to provide prior notice of any scheduled maintenance, but we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or business disruption caused by downtime.
Users are prohibited from using HybridServers' services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, distributing malware, engaging in denial-of-service attacks, or sending spam. Any violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your account without prior notice. HybridServers reserves the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities as necessary.
The resources provided with your hosting plan, including CPU, RAM, and bandwidth, are allocated for your use under fair use principles. Users who consistently exceed their resource allocations or engage in resource-intensive activities that negatively affect the performance of other clients may be subject to suspension or limitations on their account. HybridServers reserves the right to enforce fair resource utilization policies to ensure service stability for all users.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain regular backups of all data stored on HybridServers' infrastructure. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the security and integrity of your data, HybridServers cannot be held liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion under any circumstances. We strongly recommend that users implement their own backup strategies to prevent data loss.
HybridServers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or engages in behavior deemed harmful to our infrastructure, other users, or the reputation of HybridServers. Termination of an account can occur without prior notice, and no refund or compensation will be provided for services lost due to suspension or termination under these conditions.

The maximum liability of HybridServers is limited to the amount paid by the user for services within the preceding 30 days.
